Build bigger bicep peaks with this move. The high pulley cable curl is a great peak contraction bicep move that simulates doing a front double bicep pose. This is my favorite finisher exercise to pump the biceps full of blood at the end of my biceps workout. Note: This is an isolation exercise, so your focus should be on muscle contraction and stretch--use light to moderate weight.
