Build bigger bicep peaks with this move. The high pulley cable curl is a great peak contraction bicep move that simulates doing a front double bicep pose. This is my favorite finisher exercise to pump the biceps full of blood at the end of my biceps workout. Note: This is an isolation exercise, so your focus should be on muscle contraction and stretch--use light to moderate weight.
ABdomination with barbell rollouts on the BOSU
Give it a try! Start with your knees on the bosu ball in a prone position with your hands on a barbell. Roll out, keeping the spine neutral and abs engaged, hold for a few seconds, and then roll back in. |
