Flex Friday Fitspiration: We can't expect results from excuses. Excuses are a dream thief and a time thief. Have goals, accept responsibility and take action. Excuses are the great enemy of excellence and it comes down to choice...what do you choose? Whatever your goals and dreams may be, pursue them relentlessly and remember that excuses will always be there for you, but opportunity will not be. Go. Do. Be. Decrease the excuses; increase the effort.
Motiv-ACTION: What's your "why"?
Motivation is the car key, but sticking the key in the ignition, turning the car on, taking it out of park and putting it in drive...that's ACTION! You don't need motivation, you need MOTIV-ACTION. You can read motivational quotes and listen to motivational speakers until the cows come home; but only YOU can take yourself out of park and put yourself in drive. I don't care about your motivation; the question is, "What's your motive for action?" What's it gonna take to get you to move towards your dream? It won't come to you, you have to go to it. You know WHAT you want, but what's the WHY behind it; that, is your motive for ACTION.
