FitNick Training Tip: for well-built arms, don't let your triceps take a back seat to your biceps. The triceps make up 2/3 of the muscle mass in your arm and thus should be a priority in your training for well built, aesthetically pleasing arms. Well built triceps also improve performance on bigger lifts such as the bench press and military press. Construct a well rounded tricep program that hits all 3 heads of the triceps for nice, fully developed triceps. Include exercises such as dips, close grip bench press, skullcrushers as seen in this video, overhead tricep extensions, and tricep pressdowns (rope pressdowns shown in this video).
