As We Think, So Shall We Become

How many thoughts do you think we have each day? Experts estimate that we have roughly 60,000 - 80,000 thoughts per day.  Think about that! That's a remarkable thought! Each thought is an opportunity to either help or hinder our progress. Our minds hold great power. We are shaped by our thoughts. Take a moment to think about this...are your thoughts predominantly positive and productive? We must be more mindful of our thought patterns. Our own mind should not be our own enemy. We should strive to make our minds work for us and not against us. Often times, our own obstacles are in our own minds. Let go of any self defeating, negative thoughts and replace them with positive, productive, and empowering thoughts. If you have been struggling to change a behavior or habit despite feeling motivated and having a great plan of action, the one place I recommend you go is to your mind – it holds all the answers!

"Be careful of your thoughts, for your thoughts become your words. Be careful of your words, for your words become your actions. Be careful of your actions, for your actions become your habits. Be careful of your habits, for your habits become your character. Be careful of your character, for your character becomes your destiny." -- Chinese proverb, author unknown

Think positive thoughts and take positive actions towards your goals. ANYTHING IS POSSIBLE, as long as you believe and truly engage yourself in a positive, productive manner. It is our habit of thoughts and not our desires that run our actions. Believe in yourself and take action!

"Nothing can stop the man with the right mental attitude from achieving his goal; nothing on earth can help the man with the wrong mental attitude."
Thomas Jefferson

Construct an attitude of success and a mindset of achievement: "Success comes to those who become SUCCESS CONSCIOUS "- Napoleon Hill

Work on being more conscious of your thought patterns. Mind work is not easy - it requires practice and work - just like exercising a muscle. Mind your thoughts! As we think, so shall we become. Replace "I can't" with "I can and I will!"

Striving!

In our quest to achieve our goals and dreams, let us remember that it's not about being perfect...it's about progress...it's about being purposeful. It's about STRIVING to be the best of who we can be and doing the best that we can do on a consistent basis so that we can live the lives that we desire and deserve.

Each day, strive to be and do a little more and a little better than the day before while learning from yesterday's lessons. Strive to realize and actualize your potential. Strive to believe in yourself.

Strive to not be perfect, but to be purposeful...purposeful in your quest to be your best self.

The Power of Our Thoughts

There is power in our thoughts. What we focus on, we empower. What we love, we empower. What we fear, we empower. What we empower, we attract. Don't empower negativity, fear, doubt, distractions or excuses. Empower positive, productive thought patterns and develop a mindset of success. You can't win in life if you're losing in your mind. Change your thoughts...it'll change your life.
