It's common to want results. It's rare to want the lifestyle."
Lifestyle is a daily practice that requires building habits through consistent (not perfect) efforts. How badly you want something dictates how hard you'll work at it. So...what lifestyle do you want to live and do you want it enough to make it a priority?
